Beyond rude is more like it!

Product was advertised as available on website. Tried to purchase at checkout, owner came storming out from the back raising his voice saying we are only selling as a set as it’s the last ones it can’t be purchased on its own and when I said I can order it online he said you can try but I’m telling you, you won’t get it! Arrogant is an understatement… staff were apologetic when I said then it’s advertised wrong but he couldn’t care less. As we got in the car we could see him yelling about it to staff, this owner needs a lesson in customer service or leave it to his staff who were much nicer.
