Click + Collect

• Click + Collect is a free service to all customers that allows you to shop online and collect your order from Beyond Tools while placing your online order.
• For items stocked at the store you selected, we endeavour to a 1 hour click + collect turnaround for in-stock items*.
• Click + Collect is subject to our store trading hours, please click here for our store opening hours.

*If your product is not in stock, we will endeavour to have it in store as soon as possible. Please note Special order items may be subject to longer turnaround times.

Our trade customers continue to get dedicated account managers and access to call and collect service which lets them pay with trade credit and arrange for either delivery or pick up in store.

All other customers are also welcome to call and have their goods put aside to be picked up after payment in-store.

An email order confirmation will be sent to you immediately upon placing the order with all order details. Once we have your order ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation SMS advising that it is ready for collection.

When collecting your order in store you will need a copy of your order confirmation or SMS and valid photo identification. We will also require a valid contact phone number.

Valid photo identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age Card.

You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation, signed authorisation from the purchaser and photo ID.

You can nominate someone else to collect on your behalf in the notes section when placing your order. Please include their First and Last Name and contact phone number. They will still be required to present documentation as noted above.
