This was purchased together with a limited edition of Rotex Orbital Sander which comprised a number of items . Two items of abrasive disc were missing on delivery. Your staff did not reply to any email chasing up the missing items.

Price and delivery were both good but when the item arrived, a part was missing. I contacted Beyond Tools, they apologised for the mishap, sourced the part quickly which was sent by mail asap. Very good customer service++.

Awesome blade for my Metabo sliding saw. Clean cuts through 2mm fibreglass and 6mm acrylic. Cuts wood like butter as well

Ok so this sounds crazy I ordered a Mill drill from this company not knowing it’s in Australia and I live in Britain, now I placed the order on the Sunday evening realised my mistake “ so I thought” on the Monday I contacted them to explain what I had done, their reply was no problem on the bloody Friday it arrived, unbelievable customer service, I will definitely order again.

Very poor machining of the recession for the arm to pass through. The resulting for and after movement of the arm renders the tool useless.
