The vice was sent loose with no original packing in box not meant for it. The vice is clearly shop soiled, surface rust, paint chipped and someone has written on it. I wouldn’t mind if I was buying a secondhand item from eBay but this is supposed to be a new item. Disappointing customer service, its even a stretch to call it that, my like Customer disrespect.
Quite different in colour to the item on your website page. So not really the simulated kingwood banding as I was expecting.
Not very pleased. The castor wheels are completely useless - tips over so easily. Had to remove them and plug the holes just to stop it falling over all the time. The hose fittings are really poor as well - they should be flexible type of dust collection hose not this rigid type that comes with it.
Yes it does work but just a flawed design and poor hose choice.

General use is fine
Lasts well with everyday use - pine and meranti, but no good for resaw. Use a cobalt (or tcb) blade for that
Very good quality given the price.
I’ve resawn a lot of jarrah with these blades. Ok for that. Do struggle a little with harder timber,but absolutely great for the price. No blade drift at all. Quite a stiff blade.

I absolutely love the Arc—it's a serious upgrade from my old Wingman (in use since 2017). The outside-access tools make a massive difference in day-to-day use. I find myself reaching for it constantly, and the Magnacut blade has held its edge well so far. I haven’t sharpened it to a true razor yet, but it performs well out of the box.
Like other Leathermans with removable wire cutters, it did have the usual stiff plier joint when clamped hard, but this has eased after a few weeks of use.
Shoutout to Beyond Tools: great shipping, well packaged, and the jelly beans were a nice surprise. Glad to support an Australian business instead of ordering overseas.
Wow, what a beast! You carve out wood in no time. I did find that my vac unit couldn't handle the size of the chips coming down the tube though. So I took the job out of the workshop, disconnected the hose and let it rip outside. No fine dust just big chips so no real problem. Love it.
Awesome tool, I've wanted one for a few years now and finally bought it. Works just fine and is easy to use. Great for removing a lot of wood quickly. Got a good price from Beyond Tools as well.
