SICUT (Spencer Innovative Cutlery). Spencer prototypes extensively field tested before becoming SICUT production model. Australian designed for Australian usage. All Sicut Steels are manufactured with an ergonomic, textured, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean polypropylene injected handle, which withstands both high and low temperatures. They have an impervious steel-to-handle seal that provides the utmost in sanitary qualification. Made with a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle, easy to sharpen, which makes them perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use. ** In some states/territories an exemption to own (Victoria & A.C.T.) and/or use (S.A.) double edged knives is required. If unsure, purchasers should contact their state Police Licensing Department to enquire. **
