Surfacing lumber to a specific thickness requires a machine that has plenty of power to remove a lot of material from oversized lumber, especially if the boards are wide and hardwood. Due to a lack of support for Jet bandsaws in my country, finding a replacement tire for mt 18” saw was difficult!! I nearly got scammed by some mob in Europe until I found Beyond Tools.
