Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the tracking information and can confirm the journey of your bag. The delivery took a total of one week from the time you placed your order to its availability for collection.
You placed your order on Sunday, June 30th, at 4:50 PM. We packed and shipped it on the next working day, Monday, July 1st, and Australia Post collected it at 1:45 PM that same day. There was a bit of redirection around WA, and the package arrived at your local Australia Post office on Monday, July 8th. You collected it on July 12th.
While Australia Post's delivery times are beyond our control, it is unusual for a local (WA) delivery to take this long, and we apologise for the delay. Typically, you would have received it within 1-2 working days instead of the five working days you experienced. We want to clarify that the total delivery time was one week, not an extra week.
We are generally very satisfied with Australia Post and their tracking services, as they provide updates on your parcel's journey at any given time. Did you receive the tracking number? It is automatically generated and sent to your email or phone. Please let us know if you didn't receive it so we can review and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
