The twin heads of the SD-60A Horizontal Brush Sander are equipped with different grades of abrasive paper for  the industrial application of sanding solid wood, allowing for two distinct finishing results.

In woodworking applications, brush sanders are commonly used for final sanding and finishing of wooden surfaces. They can remove minor imperfections, smooth out grain patterns, and create a uniform surface before applying finishes like varnish or paint.
