Weldclass Fume Extraction Grinding & Welding Table ALLCLEAR® 415V TA400

The ALLCLEAR^® TA400 is a heavy-duty mobile downdraft table, for welding, grinding, cutting, and gouging. Equipped with automatic filter cleaning system, the TA400 is efficient to use and maintain. Impressive airflow rate of 2,500m³/hr and highly effective fume extraction for a safe and healthy work environment, thanks to a powerful 2.2kW motor and internal design engineered for maximum suction efficiency.
Other features include; spacious 1500 x 700mm downdraft workbench, 500kg load capacity, heavy-duty 5mm table top, 10A 230V outlet for powering grinders and other tools, hinged side panels, working hour counter, filter fullness indicator, and more.
Multi-level spark filtration allows for safe use with processes that generate high levels of sparks and spatter, such as heavy grinding, welding with heavy material, flux-cored wire, gouging, etc.
Mounted on casters for mobility, and operates off 3-phase 415V power supply.

• 10A ~230V outlet at front of table provides convenient power supply for tools such as welders and grinders
• For operator safety and compliance, power is only supplied to the 230V outlet if the fume table & filter are in operation / turned on
• Replaceable Spark Filter, plus special Deflector Plate shields the main filter from coarse particles & sparks, virtually eliminating the risk of burnout / fire, and further increasing filter life

Poor maintenance and disregarding of instructions and warnings may result in fire and other hazards that can cause damage, injury, and death. 
***Aluminium dust, including grinding dust, can be explosive when airborne, and for this reason, fume extractors and downdraft tables should not be used for extraction of aluminium grinding dust (this does not apply to aluminium welding fumes, which can be safely extracted). Oil mist and gases can also cause explosion. Water vapour will damage the filter.
****Power plug not included. Requires 415V plug, with amperage 10A or higher. To ensure correct rotation/direction of extractor fan/motor, the plug wiring 'phase rotation' has to match the wiring at the premises/facility of use (phase rotation wiring of any 3-phase circuit can vary from one facility to another). Plug should be fitted by a qualified electrician on the premises.
