Please note that we use shipping partners such as Australia Post, Star Track and others which may delay shipping of incoming and outgoing goods from our HQ.

Free shipping on orders over $129 within Australia*

Orders $129 and under and those which are bulky, large & heavy items, clearance items or items classed as dangerous goods are generally not included in our "free shipping" offer. Regional & Remote areas may also be excluded from the free shipping offer, you will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm shipping charges if necessary. Beyond Tools reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time.

Product Availability

Please be aware that there are some items that are not on hand and will need to be back ordered and we cannot guarantee the advertised price. We will get in touch with you if there is a price change. In this case there is a typically 2-3 day delay, providing that the supplier has them on hand in WA. If the product is outside WA there may be a 7-10 day delay. If you require your order immediately, please call us and check availability prior to ordering.

Damaged in Transit

Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If the damage is only found upon unpacking, then please contact us as soon as possible.

Not as Advertised / Incorrect Item

If your order arrives and it’s not what you ordered, please contact us or the online support team via despatch@beyondtools.com

Pricing / Product Errors

Whilst we make every effort to ensure correct pricing and product info – we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).

Faulty Product

Please contact us as soon as possible. Store contact details can be found on your order confirmation email. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.

Collect in Store or Delivery?

You can opt to have your order delivered or, if you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can collect it from our store in Malaga, WA.

Authority to Leave

If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not home you can request the Authority To Leave in the order notes during check out. If you request this option; You are accepting responsibility for delivery of the item once it leaves the Beyond Tools store Beyond Tools assumes a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the courier firm confirms delivery has been made

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products in your cart.

Delivery Locations

Beyond Tools can deliver anywhere in Australia and overseas. Please note that for international deliveries we will contact you for a better estimate of the delivery cost.

Delivery Tracking

You can track your parcel by following the link that we send in the delivery confirmation email. Proof of delivery (POD) is available on request. Should you have any questions about your order once it has been despatched please contact our store.

Receiving your Order

Deliveries generally occur Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm. Unfortunately, we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery. All orders must be signed for, an ID may be required upon delivery. Beyond Tools does not accept responsibility for any missed delivery attempts. If the driver leaves a ‘sorry we missed you’ card because you are not home or you did not answer the door, your options are to collect the item from the depot or you can pay a re-delivery fee of $12.50.

Delivery that requires a forklift or loading dock

If you are ordering a large item that requires a forklift or loading dock for delivery and you have these facilities available for the delivery then please tick the appropriate box at the checkout or advise on an order note at checkout. This may reduce your delivery charge in some cases as we will not need to cater for these requirements. Please note, if you confirm that a forklift or loading dock is available but when the delivery arrives it is not, the delivery will be aborted and you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Your original delivery charges will not be refunded. If you do not have a forklift or unloading facilities you can collect from the depot.

Packaging

  • Items over 25kg must be packed on a pallet or crate so they can easily be moved by forklift (Items over 25kg cannot be safely hand unloaded by 1 person)
  • If you are ordering an item over 50kg - it will require a forklift or loading dock at the shipping destination. If you do not have these facilities at the shipping destination you will require a tail lift delivery. Please select this optional ADD-ON. Alternatively - you can collect from the depot. 

Bulky / Oversized Items

At Beyond Tools, we strive to provide efficient and cost-effective delivery services for all our customers. Our delivery policy for bulk and oversized items is designed to ensure that these items reach you safely and promptly. Please review the following details regarding our delivery process and policies for bulk and oversized items:

  • Standard Delivery Charges: The standard delivery charges listed on our website apply to regular-sized items only.
  • Additional Freight Charges: For bulk and oversized items, Beyond Tools reserves the right to charge additional freight fees. These fees are necessary to cover the costs of special handling, packaging, and transportation.
    • Special Handling: Due to the size and weight of bulk and oversized items, these items require special handling and transportation arrangements.
    • Delivery times: for bulk and oversized items may vary depending on the item's size, weight, and destination. Our team will provide an estimated delivery timeframe upon order confirmation.
    • Quotation: Customers will receive a freight charge quotation at the time of purchase. This quotation will outline the additional costs associated with delivering bulk and oversized items.
    • Payment Terms: Additional freight charges must be paid in full prior to the despatch of the bulk and oversized items.
    • Invoicing: A detailed invoice, including the additional freight charges, will be provided to the customer for transparency and record-keeping.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Geographic Restrictions: Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur higher freight charges or may not be serviceable. Our team will inform you of any such restrictions during the order process.
  • Access Requirements: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large delivery vehicles. Please inform our team of any access restrictions or special delivery requirements at the time of purchase.
