It was worth the wait for the machine to travel across the continent!
It’s now installed and waiting to do its first serious job in the next day or two.
Having owned its little brother (a Ledacraft ex Adelaide) since 2011, I was very impressed with the added chunkiness and obvious upgrades in the newer machine. I’ve made a few little improvements like a 50mm mdf tabletop and easier to access knobs to the travel limit stops, plus a brace to the nearby wall from the m/c support column. Like its older sibling, this one still has a tendency to shake a bit even when on very even flooring.
All in all, the mortiser looks like being worth every cent of its price!

Quality Jigsaw Blades
I paid for these hinges because they stated they would open to 105 degrees. I see that web page no longer exists only the 90, hope you havent sent the 90! You charge me $30 postage plus $14 for the hinges, that would fit in an envelope. 13 days ago and its still not here. You should be ashamed, I buy from WA often and it usually takes 2-3 days by courier and its less than $30 for large parcels.
