Beyond Tools
At Beyond Tools, we are pleased to offer approved customers the option of a 30 Days NET End of Month (EOM) credit account to support ongoing trade, business, education, and institutional purchasing.
Credit Accounts Welcome
Credit accounts are available to approved applicants who meet our eligibility criteria. All applications are subject to review and approval by Beyond Tools management.
Credit Terms

Payment Terms: 30 Days NET End of Month (EOM)

Invoice Date: End of the month in which goods are supplied

Payment Due: 30 days from the end of that month

Currency: All invoices are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD)

GST: All prices and invoices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
Eligibility & Approval
To apply for a credit account, customers must:

Complete and submit a Beyond Tools Credit Account Application

Provide a valid ABN (where applicable)
-
Supply relevant trade or business references upon request

Meet Beyond Tools’ internal credit assessment requirements
Approval, credit limits, and terms are determined at the sole discretion of Beyond Tools and may vary by customer.
Credit Limits

Approved accounts will be issued with a credit limit

Credit limits may be reviewed or adjusted at any time

Orders exceeding the approved credit limit may require prepayment or part payment
Payments
Payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer (EFT) — no surcharge

Credit card (surcharges apply as outlined below)

Other approved payment methods as advised by Beyond Tools
Credit Card Surcharges
Payments made using a credit card will incur the following surcharges:

Visa / Mastercard: 1%

American Express (AMEX): 3%
These surcharges reflect the cost of acceptance and will be applied at the time of payment.
Overdue Accounts

Accounts not paid by the due date may be placed on hold

Further supply may be suspended until outstanding balances are cleared

Beyond Tools reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time

Any costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts may be charged to the account holder
Account Review & Suspension
Beyond Tools reserves the right to:

Review credit terms at any time

Suspend or cancel credit facilities without notice if payment terms are not met

Require upfront payment if account conditions are breached
Ownership of Goods
Ownership of goods supplied on credit remains with Beyond Tools until full payment has been received.
