Standard Trading Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (or by appointment)

Service Centre Opening Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday)

You can still book a tool in for repair or collect spare parts or completed tools at our front sales desk outside of Service Centre hours.
Please note that while our sales team can assist, booking in and collections are handled most efficiently by our Service Centre specialists during their standard hours.

Christmas Trading Hours
We remain open throughout the Christmas period, including extended Sunday trading.
Open every Sunday in December leading up to Christmas.

Service Centre Holiday Closure
Our Service Centre will be closed from Tuesday, 23 December and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2025.

During this time, you can still book in repairs or collect completed tools or pre-ordered spare parts at our front sales desk, provided they are ready for collection.

Please note that our service admin team and technicians will be on leave during this closure period.

Generally closed on Public Holidays, except Boxing Day (26 December) when we are open.
