We stock a range of Laser Fusion Edging (refer options) with a huge range also available ex Germany (we can stock to your order – Board Matches Guide available here). Available in 200m Roll sizes or cut lengths (refer our Edging Solution Services).
*Please be aware that all non stocked colours of Laser Fusion Edging have a minimum 7 week production time in Germany + 4.5 week shipping time (airfreight can be co-ordinated at an additional cost)…please keep these lead time in mind when preparing your job / colour matching*
REHAU LaserEdge™ is an innovative adhesive-free laser edging technology. This new, two-layer edgeband, offered in proprietary PP, ABS or PMMA polymer formulations, replaces commonly used edging solutions for all machine technologies currently on the market. LaserEdge is applied using a highly efficient laser that melts a color-matched functional layer on the reverse side of the edgeband and welds it to the carrier board.

- Permanent invisible seam thanks to a pure polymer, adhesive-free solution
- Exact color match of the functional and decorative layer
- Functional layer matched to the hardness of the decorative layer – no rubbing down of the seam in daily use
- Absolute freedom of color and decorative design choice – all product ranges can be used for laser processing

- Increased resistance of the boards to heat and moisture
