ToughCut 1300mm Heavy Duty Double Wide Belt Sander with Platen SPRU1300A

Toughcut SPRU1300A is mainly designed for calibrating, sanding, and polishing integrated materials board and solid jointed board, etc. First Planning then sanding.
The planer head can shave off the glue and smoothness in the joint of the board or integrated materials board. The sanding roller can smooth the traces of planning and further sanding on the combination head.

Features:

• Spiral Plane Drum is equipped with four-edge cutter blades, which cannot be re-sharpened, super stiff, and convenient of replacing;
• Feed mouth uses the reverse pressure roller to prevent the plate in the processing work rebound;
• The height of the sanding roller is shown by the scale, the lifting precision can be accurate to 0.01 mm;
• The use of the keyboards press boots before planning can solve the problem which a number of boards are too wide or too narrow to be planed at the same time, production efficiency has been greatly improved.
