Reci CO₂ Glass Laser Tube Technology
Selected tubes in this range use Reci's third-generation CO₂ glass laser tube technology.
The updated design uses precision-machined metal components and an improved joining process between the metal and glass components. This design is intended to provide improved stability and consistency compared with earlier-generation tube construction.
Please note that the 50W tube option is not a Reci-branded tube.
Recommended Laser PSU Replacement
When replacing a laser tube, we recommend considering replacement of the laser power supply (PSU) at the same time.
Based on our experience, an ageing or faulty laser PSU can fail and potentially damage a newly installed laser tube. Replacing the PSU and laser tube together can help reduce this risk and provide greater reliability for the replacement tube.
If you are replacing an existing tube because of a laser PSU failure, we strongly recommend having the PSU checked before installing a new tube.
Laser Tube Installation & Warranty
Professional installation is recommended for replacement CO₂ laser tubes.
A 1-year warranty applies when the tube is installed by a Redsail authorised technician. A limited warranty applies where the tube is not installed by a Redsail authorised technician.
Correct installation, electrical setup, cooling and alignment are important for safe and reliable laser tube operation.

How do I know when my CO₂ laser tube needs replacing?
Common signs include reduced cutting power, slower cutting, inconsistent engraving and difficulty cutting materials that the machine previously handled effectively. However, reduced laser performance can also be caused by optics, alignment, cooling, the laser PSU or other machine components.
Do all tubes use Reci technology?
No. The 50W option listed is not Reci-branded. The available higher-power options include selected Reci models.
