Description

SPECIALIZED saw blade with 118mm diameter for groove cutting aluminium. The blade has tungsten carbide tipped 6 teeth with a kerf of 18mm and hole diameter of 20mm. Grooving angle is 135°. Specialized for Aluminium saw blade for non-ferrous metals such as aluminium are equipped with both a flat and a trapezoidal tooth (TCG). The trapezoid tooth pre-cuts the material and the flat tooth cuts away the remainder in the corners. This prevents the teeth from becoming hot and the material from deforming. The result is a nice and clean cut.
