Description

HYPERARC Ni55 are cast iron electrodes designed for welding and repairing grey cast iron components with a 55% nickel and 45% iron content.

The moderately hard weld deposit is more machinable than typical high nickel weld metals
Get excellent fusion with cast iron with reduced dilution and porosity
A graphite-rich structure minimises the formation of brittle iron carbides and Increases ductility
