Portable edgebander equipped with Zeroline® hot air technology. Thanks to this technology, the joint between the panel and the edge is practically perfect, without glue line, providing a high quality finish.
Perfect finish on straight, round, shaped and inclined panels. Very practical for small or medium series thanks to its compact design, ease of use and quick adjustment.
Designed for PVC and ABS edges up to 2 mm thick with a co-extruded or post-treated active layer, which eliminates the need to clean a glue tank.
Possibility of edgebanding acrylic and lacquered panels.

Perfect finish on straight, round, shaped and inclined panels (0° - 50°).

The PEB Zeroline® works with low-pressure air. A high-performance compressed air system is not required.
Equipped as standard with a working temperature indicator light and roll holder.

Edgebanders with hot air technology manage to fuse the edge to the panel, providing an excellent finish, thanks to the tiny layer of glue that separates both surfaces.
