Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If there is no option to ship your product to your destination - please contact us for a custom quote (this is usually due to the oversized / dangerous nature of shipping some goods).

Processing Times

Orders placed online by 12pm (Noon) Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) will processed same day, Online orders received after this time will be processed on the next business working day.

Fulfilment Times

In Stock Items will be picked, processed + fulfilled in line with processing times above. You will be notified of any stock discrepancies at this stage.

Out of Stock Items will be ordered from our suppliers on the next business day.

If your order contains partially In Stock and partially Out of Stock products - we will ship according to your selected Delivery method.

Free Shipping Offer - You opt to have your items shipped when all the items are available to ship (in order to reduce our carbon footprint).

Should you require your items more urgently - please select an alternative shipping method.

It depends on where you are.

In Stock Items Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery tracking details will be provided via email (if you do not leave your email address - we are unable to issue you a tracking number).

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We don't currently offer a solution for this - for the last 10-15 years we have predominantly sold machinery with Spiral Cutterhead style as it is more efficient, quieter and safer to use. There are after market options available via https://www.woodcraftsupplies.net.au/ or similar.
