Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If there is no option to ship your product to your destination - please contact us for a custom quote (this is usually due to the oversized / dangerous nature of shipping some goods).
Brands We Do Not Service
While Beyond Tools services a wide range of popular power tool and machinery brands, there are some brands we do not support. Our service centre specializes in brands that we are authorized to repair, which ensures that we have access to genuine parts and manufacturer specifications. For brands not listed under our serviceable brands, we recommend reaching out to their respective service centres or authorized repair agents.
Can you still repair a tool if it’s from a brand you don’t officially service?
We prioritise servicing brands where we are authorised by the manufacturer. This allows us to provide high-quality repairs with genuine parts, ensuring that tools are repaired to the manufacturer's standards and warranties remain intact. For brands outside our scope, we may not have the required parts or access to manufacturer support.
If the brand of your tool or machinery is not listed under our Brands We Service, we suggest checking the manufacturer’s website for their authorised service agents. Many manufacturers provide detailed instructions on where to send tools for repair or warranty service. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
We focus on widely-used professional and industrial brands, but if you have a tool from a lesser-known or niche brand, we encourage you to contact us with the details. We’ll assess if we can source parts or recommend another authorised service provider who might better handle your tool's needs.
