How to Redeem:

1. Buy Metabo cordless power tools, cordless kits, batteries or chargers during a specified promotional period.
2. Complete the redemption claim form for the appropriate promotional period, before the last date to redeem, and upload your eligible purchase invoice.
3. Metabo HQ Australia will ship your selected eligible redemption item to your nominated physical address

Products must be purchased during the promotional period 01/05/2024 - 30/09/2024. Last date to redeem 31/10/2024. Only one redemption per transaction is allowed. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Redemption items are limited to offers mentioned/pictured.

• The above items must be purchased from an official Metabo dealer and approved by Metabo Australia.
  
• You must register your purchase through the Metabo Australia website to claim your redemption product. Registration is only possible through the registration form on the website www.metabo.com/redemptions. It is not possible to register by mail, fax or e-mail. In order to benefit from the promotion, it is necessary to fill in all your details (address, e-mail, etc.) as per the form and all the mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk. The registration is not valid in the case of missing or incorrect data. The registration is not valid without a valid purchase invoice/receipt. The invoice should clearly show the purchase date, value of the purchase, items purchased and the dealers name. A digital photo or a scan is valid (jpeg, gif, pdf or png are allowed). If the download is not clear or readable, the recording will not be processed. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. If your records are incomplete or incorrect, Metabo Australia will not take the initiative to contact the reseller or the end customer to collect the correct information. If, in case of errors, you contact Metabo Australia's customer service team, they will do their best to find a solution. The redemption offer is valid only while stocks last.
• Metabo Australia accepts no responsibility for any lost, misdirected, delayed or misplaced delivery due to incorrectly provided delivery address and/or any absence to sign for the delivery. Metabo Australia accepts no responsibility for claims not properly completed or received. Claims that are illegible, incomplete or received by the promoter after the closing date are declared void.
• Metabo Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to produce the original receipt(s) for a redemption(s) when requested may, in the absolute discretion of Metabo Australia, result in invalidation of some or all of the claimants’ redemption(s) and forfeiture of any right to some or all redemption item(s). If there is a dispute as to the validity of any redemption(s), the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
