At Beyond Tools, we take pride in delivering a premium experience from order to delivery. As a family-run, independently owned specialist store, we work hard to ensure your tools and machinery arrive safely, securely and as quickly as possible.

This policy reflects our commitment to honest communication, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service — while recognising the realities of freight, delivery partners and oversized machinery logistics in Australia.

Free Shipping Offer

Orders over $129 AUD ship free within Australia.*
*Exclusions apply:

  • Orders $129 and under

  • Bulky, oversized or heavy items

  • Clearance or discontinued items

  • Dangerous goods

  • Regional and remote postcodes where surcharges apply

If your order falls outside the free-shipping criteria, we will contact you prior to despatch. Beyond Tools reserves the right to update or withdraw the free shipping offer at any time.

Product Availability

Please be aware that there are some items that are not on hand and will need to be back ordered and we cannot guarantee the advertised price. We will get in touch with you if there is a price change. In this case there is a typically 2-3 day delay, providing that the supplier has them on hand in WA. If the product is outside WA there may be a 7-10 day delay. If you require your order immediately, please call us and check availability prior to ordering.

Damaged in Transit

Do not sign for a shipment that shows visible damage.
If damage is discovered after opening the packaging, please contact us immediately with photographs of the item and packaging so we can lodge a carrier claim.

Incorrect Item / Not as Advertised

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at despatch@beyondtools.com with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Pricing / Product Errors

While we aim for complete accuracy, Beyond Tools reserves the right to cancel and refund any order affected by pricing or product description errors or for any other reason.

Faulty Product

If you believe your product is faulty, contact us promptly. We will assess whether the fault is major or minor and will organise repair or replacement accordingly. Some manufacturers require us to return items to them for assessment before issuing a replacement.

Collect in Store or Delivery?

You may choose free in-store collection at our Malaga, WA premises, or opt for delivery via our carrier network.

Authority to Leave

If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not home you can request the Authority To Leave in the order notes during check out. If you request this option; You are accepting responsibility for delivery of the item once it leaves the Beyond Tools store Beyond Tools assumes a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the courier firm confirms delivery has been made

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination postcode.

Delivery Locations

Beyond Tools can deliver anywhere in Australia and to most international destinations. Items eligible for international shipping will have freight costs dynamically calculated at checkout. If an item cannot be added to your cart or no shipping option appears—often due to size, weight, or other shipping restrictions—please contact us with your full shipping address and the product details. Our team will confirm whether delivery is possible and provide an accurate international freight quote.

Delivery Tracking

You can track your parcel by following the link that we send in the delivery confirmation email. Proof of delivery (POD) is available on request. Should you have any questions about your order once it has been despatched please contact our store.

Receiving your Order

Deliveries generally occur Monday–Friday between 9am–5pm. Unfortunately, we cannot currently arrange delivery for specific days, times or weekends through our external courier partners. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives, they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange delivery. All orders must be signed for, and ID may be required upon delivery. Beyond Tools does not accept responsibility for missed delivery attempts. If a ‘sorry we missed you’ card is left because you were not home or did not answer the door, you may collect the item from the depot or pay a re-delivery fee of $12.50.

Western Australia Customers:
Where possible, our Beyond Tools WA delivery team may deliver your items outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Australia Post Customers:
You can also set your own delivery preferences or instructions using the Australia Post app, which will apply to parcels sent via Australia Post.

Delivery Requiring a Forklift or Loading Dock

If you are ordering a large item that requires a forklift or loading dock and you have these facilities available, please tick the box or include a note at checkout.
This may reduce delivery charges.

If you confirm these facilities exist but they are not available at delivery, the delivery will be aborted and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Original delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you do not have unloading facilities, you may collect your order from the depot.
Alternatively, you can add a Tail-Lift Delivery option to your cart if you do not have a forklift or unloading facility at your destination.

Packaging

  • Items over 25kg must be packed on a pallet or crate for safe forklift handling. (Items over 25kg cannot be safely hand unloaded by 1 person).

  • Items over 50kg require a forklift or loading dock at the shipping destination. If you do not have these facilities, please select a tail-lift delivery add-on, or choose depot collection.

  • Unboxed items (Second Hand, Ex-Display, etc.) require custom crating. We will advise the cost after your order is placed.

Bulky / Oversized Items

At Beyond Tools, we strive to provide efficient and cost-effective delivery services for all our customers. Our delivery policy for bulk and oversized items is designed to ensure that these items reach you safely and promptly. Please review the following details regarding our delivery process and policies for bulk and oversized items:

Standard delivery charges apply only to regular-sized items.

For bulky or oversized items:

  • Additional freight charges may apply

  • Special handling and transport requirements may affect delivery times

  • A freight quote will be provided at time of purchase

  • Additional freight charges must be paid before dispatch

  • A detailed invoice will be provided for transparency

      Anything exceeding these limits will require specialised freight.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Geographic Restrictions: Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur higher freight charges or may not be serviceable. Our team will inform you of any such restrictions during the order process.
  • Access Requirements: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large delivery vehicles. Please notify us of access issues at the time of purchase.

Our In-House 2-Tonne HIAB

Beyond Tools also operates its own 2-tonne HIAB truck, available for select machinery and oversized deliveries.
This allows us to:

  • Provide safer and more controlled unloading

  • Reduce damage risk

  • Offer improved delivery flexibility

  • Handle machinery with specialist care

Our team will advise if your order qualifies for delivery via our HIAB and any associated costs.

Urgent Point-to-Point Service (Metro WA Only)

For Metro WA customers, we offer an Urgent Point-to-Point Service for in-stock items up to 20kg (excludes bulky or oversized goods). Your order can be delivered within 3 hours, and delivery may be carried out by our Beyond Tools team or a trusted third-party courier such as Uber.

BT Shipping Updates

We work with trusted carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL and other freight specialists. From time to time, their network delays may affect the shipping of incoming and outgoing goods from our headquarters.

  2. Ensure you are logged in or enter your postcode and suburb
