The ToughCut Air Filtration System – Fume (& Odour) Extractor TC-FE-1500FS is expertly engineered for efficient fume and odour filtration and dust collection. It is specifically designed for CO₂ laser cutting and engraving of non-metal materials such as plastic, PET, acrylic, paper, and cardboard, as well as for assembly line coding, multi-station soldering, circuit board processing, and other industrial applications requiring the purification of airborne dust, smoke, and odours.
Featuring a robust four-stage filtration and purification system, the TC-FE-1500FS captures and neutralises harmful airborne particles and odours generated during operation. Its advanced filtration technology helps reduce exposure to hazardous fumes and improves air quality within controlled environments.
Important Safety & Ventilation Notice
While this system is capable of discharging filtered air back into the workspace, best practice and industry guidelines strongly recommend that laser machine fumes be vented outdoors into natural air wherever possible.Indoor recirculation systems rely on consumable filtration media and require regular filter replacement to remain effective. These replacement filters—particularly HEPA and activated carbon filters—can represent a significant ongoing operating cost and must be monitored and maintained carefully to ensure safety and performance.
This unit is best suited for applications where external ducting is impractical, or as a supplementary filtration solution, with the understanding that outdoor ventilation remains the preferred and safest option for laser fume extraction.
