False Advertising

The item was described as compatible with Makita fan jackets and was not in fact compatible with Makita fan jackets despite me asking the employees at the Malaga location in person on 3 separate occasions about compatibility. All of this was after I had ordered it online for it to not actually be in stock and having to wait weeks for what is essentially an overpriced paperweight. I was deeply disappointed in the no response from the support team after I tried to contact them to discuss the false advertising with no further communication. Now I get some random email asking me to rate the order months after receiving a scam product and I'm contemplating whether I go in person to be told that it's my problem despite Beyond Tools scamming me. Absolutely 0 stars if I could.
