Complete Spool Gun - BZL25 5m Euro Connection with 4-Pin Plug.
BZL-25 series Spool Guns to suit various Weldclass MIG welders. Max 230A capacity, takes Binzel 25 style front-end torch consumables.
The Weldclass BZL25 Spool Gun delivers seamless wire feeding for precision aluminium welding. Featuring a 5-metre Euro connection lead and 4-pin plug configuration, this complete unit integrates with 200MST models across all variants, 180MST Mk2 machines (June 2022 onwards), and 160MST Mk2 welders (February 2024 onwards). Equipped with dedicated spool gun switch and socket mounted on the rear panel for intuitive operation, it ensures consistent performance on compatible platforms.

OPERATING INFO:
- 205/255/290/350/395MST: Must be in Manual MIG mode (Program 0 on 205/255MST) & Spool gun mode must be selected. Adjust wire feed speed using the control knob on the Spool Gun. Wire feed rate will show on machine LCD display.
- 200MST: Mode switch must be switched to "MIG" and Spool-Gun switch switched to "Spool Gun". Adjust wire feed speed using the control knob on the front of the machine.
- 180MST: Applies to the new model 180MST only (released June 2022), with spool gun switch & socket on the rear of the machine. Mode switch on the front of the machine must be switched to "MIG" and Spool-Gun switch on the rear of the machine must be switched to "Spool Gun". Adjust wire feed speed using the control knob on the front of the machine.

- U-Groove Roller for 0.9/1.0mm Aluminium
- V-groove roller for 0.8/0.9 steel/solid wire
