• Workpiece Infeed Stop – An automatic pneumatic cylinder on the infeed prevents panels from being fed incorrectly.
  
• Touch Screen Control – User-friendly touch screen control and interface ensures quick and easy execution of customized working programs
  
• Glue Application Unit – Teflon coated glue pot ensures non-stick, easy clean from glue residue, reducing downtime including cleaning and maintenance. Automated glue control prevents glue from burning when the machine is on standby thus preventing glue carbonization and energy efficiency.

• End Saws (Cutting) – Two Independent high-frequency motors to cut the front and rear edge. Each operating motor is equipped with a copying device for accurate positioning of blades in relation to the cutting point. The unit is complete with 2 x mechanical/digital readouts to make easy adjustments to the front copying pads and cutters
  
• Tiltable Trimming Unit – Equipped with Two Independent high-frequency motors mounted on support firmly fixed to the frame to carry out the trimming of bottom/top exceeding edge.
  
• The angle of trimming units is preset to 45 degrees. Each motor is equipped with vertical rotation copying devices and a front copying pad. Easy to read digital adjustment and accurate positioning of tools with reference to the trimming.
  
• Edge Scraping Unit – For finishing of 3mm PVC / ABS edges. Excellent vibration-free finish due to rigid structure. High working precision thanks to front and vertical copying discs which ensure accurate positioning of the knives in relation to the cutting point.
  
• Buffing Unit – Two Independent motors for buffing/polishing of the edge
