The Force 160MST is a punchy MIG/Stick/TIG package, that is extremely compact and weighs just 9kg - ideal for serious hobbyist & trade use. 160 amps MIG output, lift-TIG capability, LCD displays, and Spool-Gun compatability are some of the unique features not normally found on other machines in this class. Comes with 3m BZL 15 euro-connect MIG torch, 0.8/0.9mm drive rollers for both gas and gasless wire, 3m earth and stick leads, 10A plug fitted, and 7-year warranty offer. Maximum recommended MIG welding capacity of 6mm mild steel.

APPLICATION & CAPABILITY:

  • For light-to-medium trade/field/site, maintenance, and serious hobbyist use
  • Suitable for MIG welding ≤160A with solid mild steel (0.6/0.8/0.9mm), gasless flux-cored (0.8/0.9mm), stainless-steel (0.8/0.9mm), and aluminium (0.9/1.0mm) wires
  • Stick welding ≤140A with most types of common electrodes (2.0-3.2mm), including steel & stainless
  • TIG welding ≤140A (DC lift-arc) of steel, stainless, copper & chrome molly up to 3mm max thickness
  • NOT suitable for TIG welding of aluminium (this requires AC/DC TIG capability, such as the Force 201T machine)
