Description

Josco Aluminium Cut Burr's are ideal for cutting aluminium and aluminium alloys, plastics and hard rubber. They perform excellently when removing stock from aluminium.

The Ball Nosed Cone shape, with a 14 ° included angle, is the best shape for rounding edges and surface finishing in hard to reach areas, tight & narrow angles and contours.

When using a 12mm aluminium cut burr to aluminium/aluminium alloys, it should be run in a die grinder/air tool between 20,000 – 30,000 RPM. For use on plastics/hard rubber, operate at 13,000 – 30,000 RPM.
