SS130 Smart Stand
The base, joints, and handles of the SS130 Smart Stand are superior to those of the standard universal stands, designed to withstand extended use with enhanced durability. The smart stand's memo-locking mechanism enables you to effortlessly swing the feeder out and return it to the prior position where you were previously operating.
The Smart Stand is also built with a longer support column and arm (1050mm (42") horizontal adjustment arm compared to the standard 720mm (28") arm), making it compatible with larger machinery.
DC Servo Motor and More Torque
The DC Brushless Servo Motor with electronic variable speed adjustment allows the operation to have full control of setting the optimum feed speed. Smart motors guarantee more torque and more power for the feed of the workpiece. A powerful 2/3HP motor allows you to experience equivalent torque as 1HP AC motor feeders while saving up to 70% energy cost.
Digital Controls and Variable Speed
No more changing out the drive gear, simply change the speed with the turn of a button until you reach your desired speed, ranging from 2-22 M/min (7-72 FPM).
Instant 90° Memo-Locking Swivel Adjustment
Swivel the power feeder and instantly secure it either perpendicular or parallel to the fence with the memo-locking function, a feature that is not commonly found on standard stock feeders.
Detachable 8 Rollers and Roller Suspension
The wheel layout is modifiable. Rollers are all spring loaded to maintain a constant pressure, with roller suspension up to 18mm (3/4").
