To manage its staggering power, the XP80R has built-in overheat protection that automatically decreases output if the circuitry reaches a threshold temperature. Featuring a Pro-Tek charging port at the front of handle, this Rechargeable Plus flashlight recharges while its ZITHION-X™ ZX880 battery (included) remains inside. Plug straight into the USB-C port and monitor power status with the charge indicator. A separate USB-C port on the handle provides power-out so that, if needed, you can recharge other devices using the flashlight as a power bank. The flashlight can also run on nine AA alkaline batteries (purchased separately). Engage the power lock-out when the flashlight isn’t being used to prevent accidental battery drainage. Constructed of top-grade materials and fit for the toughest work, the XP80R is rated IP54 dust-resistant and water-resistant and backed by the COAST lifetime warranty.

COAST ZITHION™ non-ported rechargeable batteries are built to charge from within your COAST light using a COAST charging system
With a battery-life indicator, you can always know when your battery needs to be recharged. Green: Fully charged, Red: Needs Charging, Flashing Red: Needs Immdeiate charging.
With a built-in USB-C port, your battery can be charged using a USB-C cord. Some COAST models can be charged both inside or outside the light.
Charge directly from AC, DC, and USB. Flashlights and headlamps with COAST PRO-TEK Charging include a direct- connect port for powering back up.
One-handed beam control. COAST’s SLIDE FOCUS® system enables you to seamlessly transition between spot and flood beam with the push or pull of your finger. Responsive beam-shape control allows you to operate your light with a single hand and keep the other hand free.
The XP lights not only feature standard light modes but also COAST’s signature Turbo Mode for overpowered light in critical situations. Simply press the power button for 2 seconds to active.
Power any USB-enabled device. Select COAST work lights feature a special external charging system that allows other devices to recharge directly from the work light’s battery.
Set the beam to stay how you like it. COAST BEAM LOCK® technology makes our SLIDE FOCUS® system even more valuable, with the option to lock the beam in place on spot, flood, or anywhere in between. Twisting the head of the light to the left locks the beam in place, and twisting it back to the right releases the slide mechanism back into motion.
Check the status of your batteries charge level with our built-in charge level indicator. (Solid red) when charging, (solid green) when fully charged.
Don’t worry about the weather. COAST lights that have passed the IP54-level resistance tests are splash-resistant and built with durable materials that stand up to nature.
