Both focusing and rechargeable, the HL7R Headlamp is ready to be a workhorse day in and day out. It gives you the ability to shine a 240 lumens ultra wide flood beam at 104 meters and then quickly twist the bezel to a long reaching spot beam with transition halo so that you can be ready for anything. With our Variable Light Control Technology onboard you can adjust the light output with the control lever to any point between the lowest low and the highest high so you can have highly personalized output and runtimes. Using a mini USB directly into the back of the headlamp, you can quickly and easily charge the NiMH batteries and get back to work.

1250 LUMENS - (FL85R)

Wear bold light for burly hands-free work. Use the COAST FL85R rechargeable headlamp—our most powerful headlamp with the battery installed inside the light body—to illuminate darker corners in tougher conditions. This three-mode powerhouse peaks at 1250 lumens with a beam length of 245 meters (804 feet) on high, and the PURE BEAM® optic with TWIST FOCUS™ allows for seamless transitions between Ultra View Flood Beam and BULLS-EYE™ Spot Beam. Select and control the white, red, or green beam with independent power buttons. Equipped with the COAST Ultra-Strap—a silicone-lined, non-slip breathable mesh band with an integrated buckle—this headlamp can be worn, hung, or strapped to structures for lighting convenience. Built with COAST Rechargeable Plus Power technology, the FL85R runs on a COAST ZITHION-X™ rechargeable battery that can be charged inside or outside the headlamp—boasting a max run time of 13 hours on one charge—and also works with alkaline AAAs. The hardhat compatible design, hinged beam, and reflective strap increase functionality and safety on the job site. Constructed of top-grade materials, the FL85R is storm-proof and dust resistant. 

1200 LUMENS - (XPH30R)

Shine bright and stay hands-free with the mid-size workhorse in our XPH professional headlamp series. Engineered for versatility, the four-mode XPH30R packs up to 1200 lumens on Turbo Mode for the most critical situations. Patented PURE BEAM^® technology with a TWIST FOCUS™ optic enables seamless transitions between Ultra View Flood Beam and BULLS-EYE™ Spot Beam at up to 185 meters. This headlamp’s dust-resistant and storm proof aluminum body rolls in its bracket for dynamic directional lighting—and can also detach to become a handheld flashlight with a built-in magnetic tail cap and real-time power indicator. Featuring COAST’s Rechargeable Dual Power system for versatility on the job, the headlamp runs on a COAST ZITHION-X™ rechargeable battery (charging cable included) or CR123 lithium batteries (purchased separately).
