- HSSE-V3 HSSE with 3% Vanadium high performance tap.
- TiAlN (Titanium Aluminium Nitride) coating provides higher temperature resistance and improved surface hardness.
- Optimised for machining stainless steel
- Spiral point, straight flute with angular cutting faces at the lead.
- Primarily design for tapping through holes but can be used for blind holes provided there is ample clearance beyond the threaded section to accommodate the swarf.
- Designed to withstand the high stress and high heat associated with CNC production tapping.
- The machining of stainless steels is difficult due to its work hardening properties, toughness and poor thermal conductivity, which places high demands on the cutting tools.
- TiAlN coating increases tool surface hardness to 87Rc.
- For machining materials with Hardness < 350 HB : Tensile Strength <1250 N/mm2.

Due to a lack of support for Jet bandsaws in my country, finding a replacement tire for mt 18” saw was difficult!! I nearly got scammed by some mob in Europe until I found Beyond Tools.
