Description
The Toughcut Nickel 35 edgebander is designed for the smaller cabinet shops with a small footprint whilst still having many features of it's bigger counterpart in the Rutile range.
The Nickel 35 provides a quality finish with a feed speed of 10m per minute, double end saws along with flush trimming, glue scraping and buffing.
Nickel edgebanders offer consistent performance, superior reliability with simple, easy to use (uncomplicated) adjustments.
A great starter machine for Hot Melt Edgebanding.
Features:
- END CUTTING UNIT – With two independent high-frequency motors to cut the front and rear edge. Each operating motor is equipped with a copying device for accurate positioning of blades in relation to the cutting point.
- RADIUS TRIMMING
- FLAT GLUE SCRAPERS
- BUFFING STATIONS – With Two independent motors for the buffing/polishing of the edge
- CLEANING SPRAYER – Dispenses liquid spraying agent to ensure optimal buffing and cleaning

Exactly what I was looking for. A company in the states use an almost identical knife under a different brand name, minor differences, nothing impactful.
