About Beyond Tools

Big on Tools. Big on Machinery. Big on Service.

Since 1986, Beyond Tools has been helping Australian tradespeople, manufacturers, educators, hobbyists, and DIY enthusiasts find the right tools, machinery, and workshop solutions to get the job done.

Proudly family-owned and operated, Beyond Tools has grown from a specialist woodworking machinery supplier into one of Australia's most respected destinations for tools, machinery, workshop equipment, and technical support. From our headquarters in Malaga, Western Australia, we supply customers across Australia, New Zealand, and around the world.

Today, our team combines decades of industry experience with a genuine passion for helping customers work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Our Story

Beyond Tools was founded by Tony and Carmel Mirabile, whose passion for quality tools and machinery began long before the business officially opened its doors.

While operating a cabinetmaking business in Perth, Tony discovered how difficult it was to source specialised woodworking machinery, quality tools, spare parts, and reliable technical support. Rather than accept the limitations of the local market, he travelled internationally to seek out innovative products, trusted manufacturers, and industry-leading solutions.

That commitment to sourcing the best products and providing exceptional service became the foundation of Beyond Tools.

Nearly four decades later, the same values continue to drive the business every day.

Machinery Specialists

Unlike many retailers, machinery is at the heart of what we do.

Our team works closely with schools, training facilities, cabinetmakers, manufacturers, fabricators, builders, and industrial businesses throughout Australia.

We don't simply sell machinery—we help customers select, install, commission, maintain, and maximise their investment.

Our machinery services include:

• Machinery Sales & Consultation

• Operator Training
• Technical Support
• Workshop Design Assistance
• Preventative Maintenance
• Spare Parts Supply
• Machinery Repairs & Servicing

From a benchtop machine through to a complete factory fit-out, our experienced team is here to help.

Service You Can Rely On

One of the things that sets Beyond Tools apart is our dedicated Service Centre.

Our technicians provide support before, during, and after the sale, helping customers keep their equipment operating at peak performance.

Whether you need troubleshooting assistance, spare parts, warranty support, machinery servicing, or technical advice, our team is committed to delivering practical solutions and genuine customer care.

Because great service doesn't end when the product leaves the store.

Supporting Education & Industry

Beyond Tools has proudly partnered with schools, TAFEs, universities, training organisations, and industry professionals for many years.

We understand the unique requirements of educational workshops and trade training environments and work closely with educators to supply machinery, tools, training resources, and technical support that help prepare the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

We are proud to support Australian manufacturing, woodworking, construction, engineering, automotive trades, and vocational education sectors.
