Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Note:
You can still book a tool in for repair, or collect spare parts or completed tools from our front counter outside of Service Centre hours.
We may not be as efficient during these times—our specialist service team handles all diagnostics, bookings, and collections—but we’re always happy to help where we can.

To schedule a service, you can visit our Service Centre at our Malaga Headquarters. You can also fill out our online service request form and one of our technicians will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you.

Service Repairs
No booking is required. You can bring your tool directly to our Service Centre during operating hours.
You can also drop tools at the front counter outside of Service Centre hours, although diagnostics and full booking details are handled once the service team is available.
Yes. If you know the model number and / or part number you need, our front counter team can assist you.
For complex or older tools, we may need to see the tool.
Repairs typically take 3–6 weeks. This timeframe covers the full repair process:
- Initial Inspection
Our technicians inspect the tool, diagnose the issue, and determine the labour and parts required. - Firm Repair Estimate
We provide a detailed written quote for your approval before any work begins. - Parts Ordering
Most parts are not stocked locally in Western Australia, and many of our brands do not carry spare parts within Australia at all.
Parts may need to be sourced from interstate or internationally, depending on the brand and availability.
Standard parts typically take 3–6 business days to arrive.
International or uncommon parts can take longer, depending on supplier stock and freight times. - Repair & Testing
Once all required parts have arrived, our technicians complete the repair, reassemble the tool, and thoroughly test it for performance and safety. - Completion & Pickup
You will be notified as soon as your tool is ready for collection.

Delays may occur due to international shipping times, manufacturer backorders, or limited supplier stock. We will always keep you informed of any expected delays throughout the process.
Yes. All non-warranty repairs receive a written quote before any work begins. You can approve or decline the quote at your convenience.
Yes. All non-warranty repairs require an inspection/diagnostic fee, which covers the technician’s time to assess the tool, identify the fault, and prepare a firm repair estimate.
Our inspection fees are:
- $55 – Inspection Fee (Internal)
For tools and machinery under 4kg
Non-refundable - $75 – Inspection Fee (Internal)
For tools and machinery over 4kg

This fee is charged regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the repair, as the diagnostic process is completed by a qualified technician.
Yes. Our Service Centre handles everything from handheld tools to heavy woodworking machinery and CNC equipment.
Yes, we stock a wide range of spare parts and can order specialised components from manufacturers.
Yes. Customers who have purchased their tools, machinery, or equipment directly from Beyond Tools receive priority service.

We value and support our customers long after the purchase, ensuring you get the most from your tools throughout their working life.
If you choose not to proceed, you can pick up the tool at any time.
By booking your tool in for repair or inspection, you acknowledge and agree that tools not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, including unrepaired or unserviceable tools.
This includes recovery of inspection fees, labour, parts, and storage costs where applicable.
We will make all reasonable attempts to contact you before any action is taken, but Beyond Tools reserves the right to dispose of or sell uncollected items in accordance with this policy.

Where possible, yes—but availability depends on technician workload and parts supply.

Warranty repairs have no charge unless the issue is deemed non-warranty.

Please bring your proof of purchase if you believe your tool is still under warranty.
If you purchased the tool from Beyond Tools, you do not need to bring your receipt.
We keep detailed purchase records and can look up your proof of purchase internally.
If the tool was purchased elsewhere, you will need to provide a valid receipt or tax invoice from an authorised Australian retailer so we can confirm warranty eligibility.
Yes, warranty assessments are prioritised alongside tools purchased from Beyond Tools.
This helps reduce downtime for genuine defects or manufacturing faults.
Yes. Many brands offer different warranty periods for:
