The SP SX Drive cordless range is powered by next-gen INR chemistry battery cells. The INR chemistry combines the safety and low resistance of Manganese and the high energy capacity of Nickel. When we combine these cells with SP Tools 3rd generation SX battery management system, the result is world leading battery performance and power.

- Powerful brushless induction motor with a rated power equivalent to 1200W
- Electronic 6 speed control to suit various applications including cutting, grinding, sanding, buffing and polishing
- Electronic Soft Start removes initial start-up shock, allowing for ease of control while the disk is accelerated to full speed
- Anti-restart protection ensures that if the power switch is left in the ON position, the unit will not re-start when a battery is connected
- Anti-vibration handle designed to dampen vibrations for a comfortable grip experience during prolonged use.
- Mesh Guard - Reduces motor dust ingress and contamination which in turn improves unit durability
