New generation RIBEX Vacuum Press Machines are used for flat or 3D lamination of pvc foils to MDF board, Chipwood, Plywood e.t.c and suitable for doors and cabinets, panels in kitchens, various furniture applications, in bathrooms and bedrooms. Process starts by heating cycle with high temperature quartz heating elements then gradually vacuum press cycle to finish foiling with negative suction pressure. Optional silicone membrane allows to also laminate veneers as well as the other laminating products onto the workpiece. Moreover this, ROBO has a unique full automatic touchscreen PLC system, cooling fans system boosting your production speed at your maximum limits.
