BS250B is an upgraded model with many unique features. This benchtop bandsaw encompasses all the features found on top-quality floor standing machines. It shares the same essential build qualities as its larger cousins such as strong steel frames, dynamically balanced bandwheels, cast iron tables, and a powerful induction motor. It has been designed to offer to the user with space limitations. This is a serious machine in compact form. It is available with an optional stand and mobility kit.

Lever to ensure quick release of blade tensioning when not in use to help prevent blade stretching and deforming the band saw tyres, which are likely made of rubber or urethane. A stretched blade will cause the operator to increase blade tension to compensate, increasing blade break risk. De-tensioning your blade will extend the life of your blade.
