Our product warranties are generally valid within Australia only. While we are happy to assist with warranty-related issues, the following conditions apply for international orders:Any warranty claim requires the item to be returned to us in Australia at the customer’s expense.If the claim is accepted, Beyond Tools will carry out the repair or replacement under the terms of the Australian warranty.Return shipping of the repaired or replacement item must also be paid by the customer.We do not cover international freight, import duties, or customs clearance costs.We strongly recommend that international customers consider this before purchasing. Items over 25kg must be packed on a pallet or crate so they can easily be moved by forklift.

Items over 32kg must be packed on a pallet or crate so they can easily be moved by forklift.

If you are ordering an item over 32kg - it will require a forklift or loading dock at the shipping destination. If you do not have these facilities at the shipping destination you will require a tail lift delivery. Please select this optional ADD-ON. Alternatively - you can collect from the depot.

It is highly recommended that goods over 25Kg are handled with a forklift / tail lift. For items over 32kgs, you must ensure there is assistance for loading and unloading unless you have selected the Tail lift options, otherwise there will be additional fees.This is for safe handling for the product and the handler.Please ADD a Tail Lift to your order - should you wish to include a Tail Lift.Goods over 50Kg must be handled by a Forklift / Tail Lift.
